The Opportunity

If you've got 1-2 years of experience in the industry, either with an agency or in-house, and you're ready to take your skills to the next level, we want to hear from you. We're looking for someone confident, with excellent verbal and writing skills, and unafraid to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty.

The Role
You will be a PR Senior Account Executive at Altitude, which operates from our head office in Sheffield.
Your role will be varied and dynamic. No two days will be the same, and you’ll get the opportunity to work on client accounts, including some of the biggest names in UK business. We launched in February 2022 and got off to a flying start picking up clients, awards recognition and strong feedback from clients. We have ambitious targets and are intent on shaking up the PR industry in the region.
As a key member of the Altitude team, you’ll be responsible for developing creative strategies and campaigns that help to improve our client’s market presence and reputation. You’ll be required to create engaging content such as blog posts, articles, and social media posts and write copy for website pages, email communications and press releases.
You’ll be expected to monitor and report on performance, analyse and suggest improvements. In addition, you’ll be responsible for managing budgets, deadlines and client communications.
We have a strong track record of nurturing development within our wider Counter Context team, passing on our experience and knowledge, and providing a clear path towards becoming an Account Manager.
Your role with involve:
Campaign research and planning– undertaking research to help the formulation of PR strategies and keeping abreast of the latest industry trends.
Project management - regularly liaising with clients to keep them informed about campaign progress, seeking client approval, and providing general consultancy and PR support.
Copywriting – written content for a wide variety of audiences. This could include articles, opinion pieces, blogs, award submissions, case studies and press releases.
Measurement and reporting activities – monitoring clients' media coverage using industry software, producing reports using software and reporting against KPIs.
Social media management – developing brand awareness on platforms like Twitter and Linked In. Creating social media content for campaigns using software, monitoring and reporting social media engagement.
Client Reporting – using qualitative and quantitative methods to analyse feedback and report the results back to clients.
Media monitoring – using our specialist software to monitor media coverage and produce weekly main issues reports.
Client management- preparing proposals and pitching client presentations, visiting clients in person, and visiting projects.
