Application Process
The candidate will also be expected to explain their rationale for the press release and how it could be used to reach a target audience effectively.
During the second interview stage, which lasts an hour, the candidate will be evaluated on various aspects. These include their ability to work independently and as a part of a team, their understanding of current trends in the industry, their level of motivation and commitment towards the role, and their communication and interpersonal skills.
Both stages involve discussing the candidate's background and experience, and the second stage also includes an overview of the company and the role.
